  Vacancy: 3 positions Schedule: Full-time Location: Phnom Penh   Requirements:
  • University student​ in IT, under graduate or fresh graduate
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to work closely with customers Be able to work in shift rotation
  • Passionate about new technology
  • Good knowledge in English and computer skill
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills are desired qualities
  • Experience providing remote fault analysis a plus
  • Cloud ticketing system experience a plus
  • Maintain good communication with customers on phone (call-in/call-out)
  • Provide right information and feedback to customers within agreed time limits
  • Go on site to support customer when needed
  • Coordinate field support to maintain and facilitate customers
  • Responsible for coordination with other service teams for incident resolution and request provisioning
  • Report to supervisor/manager on daily basis
  • Perform relevant customer support tasks
