In an ongoing effort to beautify Phnom Penh, the Cambodian government has begun to remove all the ugly electrical wiring strung throughout the city. Just recently, they have begun a serious construction project on major roads like Sihanouk, Monivong, and Kampuchea Krom. The cabling on those roads is actively being dismantled as you are reading this. Fortunately, the Today Communication fiber network will not be affected.
