Senior Sales Executive

  • Position: Senior Sales Executive
  • Location: Phnom Penh
  • Type: Full Time

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Maintain contact and build relationships with customers
  2. Call, visit and follow up customers to make new sales
  3. Provide excellent presentation to prospected
  4. Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivities of sales.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly target
  6. Complete relevant sales and marketing tasks

Network Specialist

  • Position: Network Specialist
  • Location: Phnom Penh

Duties: 

  1. Solve Server hardware problems such as Idrac6, HDD, and NICs
  2. Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management and monitoring tools.
  3. Maintain and implement security, backup, and redundancy of core network
  4. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase network efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  5. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
  6. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  7. Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  8. Monitor network performance and resources to ensure network availability and reliability
  9. Perform scheduled maintenance proactively
  10. Lab testing in a controlled environment before each change is put into production to minimize risk

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in IT or specialist certificates in related
  2. Good knowledge in English and ISP experience is a plus

Field Engineer

  • Position: Field Engineer (Intern)
  • Location: Phnom Penh

Duties: 

  1. Take service calls and troubleshoot problems
  2. Provide technology support to customers and follow up on tickets
  3. Be the first line of technical support
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and the company engineers
  5. Complete evening technology tasks as defined by the Support Manager

Requirements:

  1. University student​ in IT, under graduate or fresh graduate or specialist certificates
  2. Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  3. Willing to work closely with customers
  4. Be able to work in shift rotation
  5. Passionate about new technology
  6. Good knowledge in English and computer skill
  7. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills are desired qualities
  8. Experience providing remote fault analysis a plus
  9. Cloud ticketing system experience a plus
